STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
All employees are to visibly demonstrate support for Board policies and administrative direction in performing their duties. The District’s goal is for every employee to be successful in their position and will assist employees to meet these standards of conduct. Should an employee be unsure about whether or not an action or activity would be contrary to the Board’s adopted standards of professional conduct, they are to ask their immediate supervisor for clarification.
If an employee violates any of the Board’s adopted standards of professional conduct, he/she will be subject to progressive discipline as follows:
- verbal warning;
- written reprimand;
- suspension without pay;
