CERTIFICATED PERSONNEL WORKING OUT OF JOB DESCRIPTION
When a certificated bargaining unit member is assigned to a non-unit position for a minimum of twenty (20) consecutive work days, the District will pay an additional five percent (5%) in salary.
When the employee returns to his/her regular assignment, the rate of pay will be consistent with the regular salary of the employee’s assignment.
When an out-of-district person is used as a substitute for an administrator, the pay will be based on the appropriate step of the administrator’s salary schedule.
