The District will supply protective devices where necessary to insure the safety of all employees. Failure to use these devices, so as to endanger any employee, will result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
The District will furnish safety head gear, rubber suits, welding vests and gloves, and kitchen mitts, where necessary. The employees, when required by the District, will provide safety shoes, with the District reimbursing as per CSEA contract.
