BYLAWS OF THE BOARD
DISCLOSURE OF PRIVILEGED INFORMATION
Information discussed in closed session regarding personnel, negotiations, and litigation shall remain confidential to the Board, unless a majority of the Board agrees to release the information.
Governing Board members shall not disclose confidential or private information made available to them to help in making a decision.
Confidential information from the Superintendent shall remain confidential to the Board unless a majority of the Board agrees to release the information after consultation with the Superintendent.
